What does a typical day look like at The Balanced Bark?
Drop-off time at our Calgary dog daycare is from 6:30am until 10:00am. We begin our day with the first on-leash potty break around 9:00am, followed by on-leash pack walks around the neighborhood, lasting from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the weather and your dog's physical needs. After our walks, it’s time for play! Our guests can find a buddy for some wrestling or enjoy some well-deserved nap time, along with participating in fun activities like treat time, bubble time, toy time, and much more!
In the afternoon, the second on-leash potty break occurs around noon, followed by our final on-leash potty breaks at 2:30pm. Pick-up time usually starts around 3:30pm and ends at our closing time of 6:30pm, bringing our fun-filled daycare day to an end. We also ensure that all dog boarding requirements are met to provide the best dog daycare services.

- Mandatory vaccines: DHLPP (annual core vaccine), Rabies vaccine, Bordetella/kennel cough (recommended), and Flea/tick prevention (recommended)
- Spay/neuter: Mandatory at 6 months of age (no exceptions)
- Paperwork: Please fill out the mandatory paperwork at home or in person at our facility.
