The Balanced Bark offers full grooming services from bath and brushes to breed specific cuts, please contact us for pricing estimates or to book your appointment.
**All grooming pricing is a base price. Final prices are based on the animal's behavior and coat condition.**
Sizes are as follows; Small: up to 20lbs, Medium: 21-35lbs, Large: 36-50lbs, XL: 51-75lbs, Giant: 76+ lbs

Grooming policies
Late and missed appointment fees
- We DO NOT accept scheduled appointment changes or cancellations via text or social media. Please call or email the store and ensure confirmation of change via a staff member. We request a minimum of 12 hours notice to change or cancel the appointment without penalization.
- Changing an appointment after the 12hr time limit of the scheduled appointment (up until the store closes - voicemails after store hours are considered same day cancellation) will result in a Cancellation fee of $30.
- No Show (meaning no phone call or call AFTER the scheduled appointment start time), 50% of the full grooming fee will apply immediately
- Same day cancellations and/or no shows that occur TWICE in a 12 month period will be required to prepay for the full cost of the groom PRIOR to booking another appointment. This charge is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Time is set aside specifically and designated based upon your dog's specific needs for the service requested. If you are late for your appointment by more than 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. Please note, there will be a fee of $30 if this occurs.
Please Be Advised
- Your coat length options can be discussed at your appointment drop off provided they conform to your original appointment request (your scheduled appointment time frame).
- Estimates will not be provided over the phone. Base pricing is standardized on breed, coat condition & weight. Please see above for base pricing. All prices are subject to change WITHOUT NOTICE
- Extensive matting is subject to an immediate fee starting at $30. We reserve the right to stop the groom if the dog is in physical stress
- Every client will be inspected for lice/fleas. If any are discovered, you will be contacted immediately and the groom will not be completed until veterinarian confirmation of health is received.
- Please note, grooming times vary from 1-5 hours. Please plan accordingly
- You will receive a 15-30 min pick up notification via phone call
- You must arrive within 30 min of phone call for pickup or a kennel fee of $25 will be charged. We have very limited space for grooming clients and can't hold onto your pup all day.
- Spa & Play option is available for CURRENT daycare clients to receive a groom while attending daycare.
- We reserve the right to refuse/change services and pricing without notice
- DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
